Meet your instructor

Hi and Welcome to Moms Unlimited! My name is Callie. I'm a mom of 2 sassy daughters, ages 5 and 9 and I have found my passion in serving and empowering mothers. I am an NASM certified Personal trainer, AFAA certified group instructor, and an ACE certified Health Coach. have taken extensive courses to be certified as a pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist in order to best serve moms with up to date evidence based practice. I experienced my own struggles during and after my pregnancies and found an overall lack of support and general knowledge in the fitness and medical world as to the unique challenges moms may face. Luckily interest and focus in this specialty is rapidly growing with new research and information emerging. I'm thrilled to take part in this change to serve what I believe is an all too often under-served population.
You may be curious about my personal fitness philosophy and teaching style. I would say that in general I have a fun, easy going, nurturing teaching style. Everyone is motivated differently so I like to be upfront that I am not the hardcore boot camp type of trainer in case that is what you are looking for. I will try to inspire you and push you when necessary but I like to take an approach that encourages participants to truly tune in and listen to their bodies. Women's bodies change so much with pregnancy and birth. The muscles and nerves need time to reestablish proper form and movement so I want to encourage a fitness process full of patience, self-love and steady, safe changes. I am also all about women supporting other women. I strongly believe in creating an inclusive, nonjudgmental environment. I want to meet clients where they are and create a place they can learn and grow.
When I'm not working on this passion project I enjoy being outside or spending time with friends and family. I love hiking, biking and running.
